| OWNERSHIP RESORT This is a residence-style condo located in an ownership resort. You do not need to rent for a full week. But there is a discount on most full week stays. Some residences have a minimum number of nights required, especially on the weekends. That can be waived for last minute rentals. No Smoking (including e-cigs and alternatives). No Pets. Check-In Time is 4pm. Check-Out Time is 11am. |

| DEPOSIT & PAYMENT INFORMATION 50% Deposit is due at time of reservation. 50% Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival (60 days for Christmas and New Year's rentals). We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AmEx, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, Checks, EFT. 2% discount when paying by check or EFT. |

| CANCELATION POLICY A 10% fee is charged on all cancelations. Fee based on entire scheduled rental. Full deposit, less 10% fee, refunded if cancelation is more than 30 days before arrival. Cancelations within 30 days of arrival refunded only if unit is re-sold, less 10% fee. Refund will be amount of re-booking rental, not to exceed original rental. No refunds for late arrivals, early departures or poor weather. |
